Production Trainee:

The required qualifications are to have completed high school; a completed vocational and/or technical course in mechanics, electricity, painting, sealing, or corresponding fields, and to be over 18 years old.

Safety Technician:

The candidate must have a technical course in safety at work with registration in the Ministry of Labor, intermediate English for reading, writing, and conversation, and experience as a safety technician in medium/large companies.

Some of the activities to be performed by the candidate will include participation in the implementation of the health, environment, and safety policy at work; participation in the ergonomics program, PPR, PGR, and PCA of the company; and inspection of company locations, facilities, and equipment;

This area aims to promote risk management in Health, Occupational Safety, and Environment to ensure the well-being of individuals and the sustainability of the business.

IT Supervisor:

The candidate should act as Customer Account Manager and manager of the IT team that interfaces with the company’s main business areas, Services and Support, Commercial Aviation, Defense, and Executive Aviation; assist the team in organizing and prioritizing the Demand Portfolio and IT Projects for these business areas, as well as prospect new technological solutions for business processes; ensure the professional development of the team and the execution of the IT and company strategy through inspiration, motivation, and mobilization of the team.

The required qualifications are: experience in management, in IT or business areas; experience with IT interface for business areas; global experience; experience with agile frameworks; experience in managing demand portfolios and IT projects; knowledge in managing high-performance teams; knowledge in developing business cases for IT projects.
