Maintenance Controller

Experience: in corrective and preventive maintenance acquired in earthworks and construction companies;
Perform control of corrective/preventive maintenance of heavy and light equipment;
Review and assemble maintenance plans via SISPEQ system (90 TI), equipment RCheck List for mobilization and demobilization;
Daily check the equipment analyzing the need for executing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, requesting materials and monitoring the maintenance;

Ability to support other professionals in the workshop signaling maintenance pending items, following and finalizing activities;
Experience in requesting parts from the manufacturer, supplier, and in catalogs. Control of equipment entry and exit in the workshops;
Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
Monitor maintenance services performed in the field and in workshops;
Receive and analyze maintenance requests, according to the needs and consequences generated by the reported defect.

Activities: Develop new suppliers;
Negotiate better prices and deadlines;
Analyze the quotation map;
High negotiation power;
Proactivity;
Knowledge of civil construction materials, PPE, equipment, and services;
