REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or technical course certification;
- Certification in Ultrasonic Welding Inspection (US.N2.S2.1);
- Minimum professional experience of 6 months in equipment inspection, quality control, or manufacturing activities;
- Intermediate Office Suite skills;
- Driver’s license category B;
- Desirable: Training course for Equipment Inspector; Liquid Penetrant (LP-N2-G) and Phased Array (US.N2.PA) certifications.
ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED
- Perform non-destructive testing inspections of parts manufactured by the Boiler team (pipelines and metal structures) and equipment repairs;
- Issue non-destructive testing inspection reports;
- Ensure the quality of manufactured parts (pipelines and metal structures);
- Control the calibration of the instruments used in non-destructive testing inspections.
Job Vacancies for Production Operator
REQUIREMENTS:
- Technical course formation recognized by the MEC in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, Chemistry, Petrochemicals, Industrial Processes or Oil and Gas;
- Activities in the primary oil processing, petrochemical or chemical areas;
- Operational routines of wells;
- Driver’s license in at least category B;
- Availability for immediate start;
- Availability to work in Alagoas;
- Courses in NR-13, NR-20, NR-33 and NR-35 are differentiators.
ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED
- Monitoring and supervising variables in the Operational Control Room;
- Operation, monitoring, and supervision of: separator vessels and other equipment in the primary processing and oil treatment system; fluid storage tanks; fluid transfer systems; chemical product injection systems;
- Executing valve maneuvers and other accessories;
- Alignment of wells and conducting production tests in tanks and meters;
- Monitoring operational routines of wells (stick launch, Echometer tests, operational rounds of wells, DHSV tests, monitoring and recording data such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, level heights, etc.);
- Collection and identification of gas, fluid, and solid residue samples (such as paraffin, fluid from the generation and steam injection system, among others) for laboratory submission;
- Draining and/or overflowing vessels and tanks from production processes;
