On the highway, it improves slightly, but attention is still needed. “If you are looking for fuel efficiency, the New Civic may not be the best choice”, they state.

The turbo engine, although efficient in other areas, does not help the wallet when it comes to fueling up. “The GLA 200 combines style and performance, but the consumption is definitely not among the friendliest”, says the automotive expert consulted by CPG.
Fiat Punto 1.4
The Fiat Punto, especially the 1.4 model, may be a favorite among young people, but its consumption is practically the same as that of larger engines, such as the 1.6. The consumption of this Fiat hovers around 7 to 8.5 km/l, and for a car in this category, it is considered high. “For the same consumption, you can get more powerful cars with better performance”, experts say.
Volkswagen Fox 1.0
You would expect a car with a 1.0 engine to be economical, right? In the case of the Volkswagen Fox 1.0, the reality is different. This model has a consumption similar to that of a 1.6 car, especially when pushed. In cities, this Volkswagen can achieve between 6 to 8 km/l, while on the highway, it reaches a maximum of 12 km/l. “It’s not worth opting for the Fox 1.0 in search of economy; the consumption is practically the same as more powerful engines”, experts assert.
Jeep Renegade 1.8
The champion of the list is the Jeep Renegade 1.8. With an average of 5 to 8 km/l in the city, it stands out among the desired cars that consume a lot. The performance in consumption is one of the biggest complaints from its owners. “It’s a robust car, but its high consumption may make you think twice before buying it”, warns the expert.

Em relação ao fiat punto, essa matéria é mentirosa, possuo um punto 2015 1.4 e na cidade ele faz entre 10 e 11km/lt na gasolina.
Estão por fora. Tenho um New Civic 06/07 automático a 11 anos. Ele faz uma média de 10,5L na cidade. Alimentação apenas a gasolina. Não é flex.
