In recent years, diesel cars have been losing market share. This has caused prices to plummet, resulting in many units stuck in dealerships.

Although this is bad for sellers, it is an excellent opportunity for those looking to acquire a turbo diesel car. Let’s explore some available options:

This medium-sized Swedish SUV is highly appreciated by Brazilians. The XC60 has a timeless and beautiful design, with Xenon headlights, 17 to 20-inch wheels, and vertical LED taillights. The interior of the Volvo is of high quality, with excellent materials and generous interior space. Equipped with a 2.4 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine, it delivers 220 horsepower and 44.9 kgfm of torque, coupled with a six-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. In January, the price in the FIP table was R$ 135,500 and now, in June, it is R$ 120,000.

Ford Ranger Limited 2019 – Diesel

The Ford Ranger, despite being a great pickup, has a tough resale market and suffers from high depreciation compared to competitors such as the Chevrolet S10 and Toyota Hilux. It comes with a 3.2 5-cylinder turbo diesel engine, delivering 200 horsepower and 47.9 kgfm of torque, with a six-speed automatic transmission and 4×4 traction. In January, a 2019 Ranger Limited cost R$ 165,000 and today it is R$ 156,000.

Volkswagen Amarok Extreme V6 2018

Equipped with a 3.0 V6 turbo diesel engine, it delivers 225 horsepower and 56.1 kgfm of torque, with an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. In January, a 2018 Amarok Extreme V6 cost R$ 174,000 and now, in June, it is R$ 163,000.

Mitsubishi Outlander 2018

The Outlander is a medium-sized Japanese SUV, very complete and ideal for families. It features a 2.3 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine, with 165 horsepower and 36.7 kgfm of torque, with a six-speed automatic transmission and on-demand all-wheel drive. In January, the 2018 Outlander Diesel cost R$ 167,000 and today it is R$ 157,213.
