Apple Launches New Free Course on Artificial Intelligence in Brazil to Train Future Professionals; Enrollment Opens Soon and Offers Recognized Certificate.
Apple, a giant in the technology sector, recently announced the launch of a free course for the profession of the future. Apple’s free course covers the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in six countries, including Brazil. The training, offered exclusively in-person, will begin soon, although specific dates and the number of spots in the free Artificial Intelligence course have not yet been disclosed.

This free Artificial Intelligence course is part of the Apple Developer Academy, a program by the tech giant that offers free training in development, design, and entrepreneurship.
Brazil was the chosen country for the program’s debut in 2013, and since then, over 3,000 Brazilians have successfully entered the job market in various technology fields through this training.

In addition to Apple, it is important to mention that other large technology companies like Google, Microsoft, and IBM also offer free certifications in AI, highlighting the growing importance of this field, regarded as the profession of the future.
Students who complete Apple’s free course will learn about basic concepts of AI technologies and frameworks, Core ML, and how to develop and train artificial intelligence models from scratch. The curriculum of the free Artificial Intelligence course also covers programming, design, marketing, and professional skills, providing comprehensive training.
Apple’s Free Course is Conducted in Partnership with Several Educational Institutions
According to Apple itself, future professionals will benefit from a guided curriculum and practical tasks, as well as mentoring support and the backing of a global network of over 12,000 alumni from the Apple Academy.
The company also mentioned that students will have access to new technologies and APIs presented at WWDC 2024, enabling the creation of innovative projects and applications.
Classes for the free Artificial Intelligence course will be conducted in partnership with several educational institutions in Brazil. Interested individuals can follow the opening of enrollments on the dedicated websites of each participating institution:

It is worth mentioning that alumni of the Apple Developer Academy program can also participate in the selection process. In addition to Brazil, Apple’s free course will be offered in Indonesia, Italy, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, and the United States.
