Bugatti, A Company That Develops Various Luxury And Sports Cars, Has Now Slashed Its Prices To Sell An Electric Scooter For Just R$ 6 Thousand. The Vehicle Can Reach Speeds Of Up To 30 Km/h.
Bugatti is well known among car enthusiasts worldwide, not only for the record speed of its vehicles but also for its prices. However, this time, surprisingly, Bugatti is offering an electric scooter for less than R$ 7 thousand. This is the Bugatti 9.0, the first two-wheeled ‘scooter’.
Bugatti’s Electric Vehicle Can Achieve A Top Speed Of 30 Km/h
Bugatti’s Electric Scooter is a result of a partnership between the automaker and the electric accessories company Bytech. As can be observed, it is a pedal scooter that resembles the so-called Ducati Pro-I Evo. However, it is not something that can be used for high speeds.

Little sister of the Hilux: Toyota launches Land Cruiser FJ with 4 radical versions, 2.7 engine with 166 hp and 4×4 traction with locking.
The electric vehicle is powered by a 600 W motor and a 360Wh battery, capable of reaching a maximum speed of 30 km/h. With a magnesium alloy structure, the electric scooter features two 9-inch (22.86 cm) wheels and weighs about 15.9 kg.
Its design is clean, has greater aerodynamics, and is based on lines and colors related to the Bugatti brand, with finishes in blue, black, and silver. The motor of the electric ‘scooter’ provides enough power to climb an incline of up to 15 degrees. The device has a removable battery that can be recharged at a standard outlet in about 4 hours.
Bugatti’s Electric Scooter Has A Range Of Up To 35 Km
The vehicle features three driving modes: Economy, Sport, and City. With these modes, the maximum speeds achieved by the vehicle are 14 km/h, 20 km/h, and 30 km/h, respectively. Bugatti’s vehicle also has a cruise control function available.
Bugatti claims that it will offer its electric scooter in versions with more than 35 km of range, featuring a dual brake system with electronic ABS on the rear wheel. Additionally, the model comes with turn signals, an illuminated base, and a rear projection logo of the “EB” monogram, which comes from “Ettore Bugatti,” the founder of the brand.
The side lights are designed to shine down from the vehicle’s deck, creating a kind of light cloud beneath the scooter. A large LED screen displays the rider’s speed, battery duration, riding mode, and light status.
Bugatti Develops An Accessible And Low-Cost Project
Commenting on the project, the automaker’s managing director, Wiebke Stahl, noted that “the partnership with a company like Bytech gives Bugatti the chance to expand its reach in the electric mobility space, with an experienced partner and a product that can be enjoyed by consumers worldwide.”
It is important to note that Bytech sells a wide range of products, from phone holders to Bluetooth speakers. Bugatti and Bytech are marketing the electric scooter for a price of US$ 1,200, which in direct conversion, amounts to R$ 6 thousand.
This seems little for a product bearing the Bugatti emblem, but considering its specifications, it is still quite expensive. For perspective, the Ducati Pro-I Evo costs around US$ 480. It is worth noting that Bugatti produces some of the fastest and most expensive cars in the world and has already developed an electric replica of the classic Bugatti Type 35.
