Being One of the Pioneers Operating in Brazil, Perbras Announced Its Young Talents Program for 2017

Large traditional company in the oil sector in Brazil announced this week its Young Trainee Program across the country. The system it uses is called “job rotation,” in which candidates who pass the selection process will perform activities in all the corporation’s units scattered throughout the national territory, taking on challenges, developing projects, and always seeking to reduce costs with creativity. In addition, the new young employees will engage in development tasks as managers, of course being monitored by institutional bodies like Dom Cabral, undergoing evaluations every month.
