In this scenario, OTC consolidates itself as the main technical offshore forum in the country, playing the role of fostering the sector and promoting the exchange of experiences among operators, suppliers, and academia,” exclaims Renato Pinheiro, who is the general manager of Project Implementation at the State Company and will also be leading the technical representations at the conference.
