This Saturday, (04/06), Petrobras begins accepting applications for the highly anticipated Young Apprentice Program, offering more than a thousand positions in 13 states across Brazil, as well as the Federal District. Focusing on professional learning and technical courses, the initiative provides a unique opportunity for young people interested in developing skills in various areas, such as Logistics, Electrical, Information Technology, and much more.
The courses will be taught in partnership with the National Service for Industrial Learning (SENAI), combining theory and practice for a comprehensive education. The experience extends beyond the classroom, also including hands-on experiences at Petrobras units, providing a rich and dynamic learning environment.

How Long Does the Program Last?
The duration of the program varies depending on the modality: while the basic professional learning lasts for 15 months, the technical courses will last for 20 months.
The working hours will be 4 hours a day, from Monday to Friday, totaling 20 hours a week, ensuring a proper balance between study and practice.

Petrobras also allocates a portion of the positions for specific groups, such as:
- 10% for adolescents in institutional care, such as shelters and temporary housing;
- 10% for persons with disabilities (PWD);
- 15% for adolescents who have exited child labor;
- 20 positions will be allocated to young people undergoing socio-educational measures.
