Requirements

Be between 14 and 22 years and six months old, be enrolled in or have completed elementary or high school. There are reserved vacancies for people with disabilities, without age limits, and adolescents who have exited child labor.

Benefits: According to the announcement, the registration of the special apprenticeship contract in the Youth’s Work and Social Security Card will be carried out directly by Petrobras and the apprentices will be entitled to the national minimum wage, 13th salary, vacation, transportation allowance, and optional supplemental pension plan. This cycle of the program will last for 18 months.

The approved candidates in the recruitment and selection process will receive training classes at the National Service of Industrial Learning (Senai) and will develop professional practice activities in this training entity, fulfilling a work schedule of 4 hours a day, from Monday to Friday.

Interaction with Petrobras will occur through technical visits, where the young participants of the program will be able to learn about the company’s activities.
