During last Monday, (18/07), the oil and natural gas company Petrobras announced a contract with the Chinese company CIMC Raffles and the Dutch service provider OOS International. Currently, the offshore accommodation vessel that will be chartered by Petrobras, the OOS Tiradentes, is managed by Ocean Challenger, CIMC's asset management company, and its technical manager is OOS International, an offshore service provider for ship management .
The vessel was built during the year 2018 by CIMC Raffles of China and serves as a high specification DP3 semi-submersible accommodation platform equipped with an advanced telescopic gangway and capacity to accommodate 600 people, thus ensuring more efficiency in Petrobras' accommodation process in offshore maintenance services.
