The penalty imposed by Minister Grandra of the TST at the request of Petrobras, on the last 4th, was the fact that the strike did not respect the minimum percentage of workers in activities, established at 90%.
The agreement took place at the conciliation meeting between the state company and the unions, which ended the oil workers' strike, mediated by Ives Gandra, Minister of the Superior Labor Court (TST).
Petrobras is authorized by the TST to withhold part of the money related to union fees deducted from the worker's salary, which before would be transferred in full to the associations.
The state-owned company will be able to deduct half of the non-worked days of the strike participants, and the other half will be compensated through hour banks within a maximum period of 180 days.
The state-owned company took into account the workers' demand for the shift schedule to be established according to the employees' convenience.
Petrobras will be able to keep the current table for 25 days. This period begins to take effect from the date on which the agreements on the new tables will be signed, and the idea is that the signature will take place on the 27th.
New negotiation between Petrobras and unions will take place on the 27th
According to unions and oil workers, the main reason for the strike in the category would be the dismissal of 400 workers at Araucária Nitrogenados (Ansa), a subsidiary of Petrobras located in Paraná.
The first dismissals at Ansa would take place on February 14th. However, the negotiations regarding this impasse did not happen in the agreement on Friday (21).
Unions and Petrobras will meet to exclusively negotiate the situation of Ansa on the next 27th.
Representative of the National Federation of Petroleum Workers (FNP), Adaedson Bezerra da Costa warned that the “state of strike” is permanent. That is, if the category understands that the state-owned company will disrespect other points of the collective agreement, workers will be able to stop again.
"We agreed to end the strike, with everyone working, but the state of strike is permanent," he said. "The management of the Petrobras system is coming to comply with the collective agreement", said the representative of the Single Federation of Oil Workers, Deyvid Bacelar.
