The partnership between BYD and Mercedes-Benz is about to cause a shake-up in the automotive market with the launch of the Denza Z9 GT, a luxury electric car that promises to rival renowned models, such as the Porsche Panamera and Geely’s Zeekr 001.

The electric car Denza Z9 GT arrives to compete in a fierce market, directly facing models from established brands. With Mercedes-Benz reducing its stake in the Denza brand to 10%, BYD is determined to solidify its position in the luxury electric vehicle segment.

The design of the BYD and Mercedes electric car Denza Z9 GT combines robustness, sportiness, and luxury, standing out with its electric rear spoiler and strategic use of carbon fiber. Its imposing dimensions – 5180 mm in length, 1990 mm in width, and 1500 mm in height – and a power output of 710 kW (952 horsepower) ensure an exciting driving experience, with a top speed electronically limited to 240 km/h.
