In a scenario where new car prices are skyrocketing and acquiring a brand new vehicle has become a true luxury, an unexpected alternative is catching attention: a car model that costs less than R$ 40 thousand.

At first, it may seem like too good a deal to be true, but it is real. This vehicle, which promises savings and affordable maintenance, quickly won the hearts of Brazilians. But what is the secret behind this success?

Toyota Etios: The Affordable Trump Card for Brazilians in 2024

The Toyota Etios, first launched in 2012, is back in the spotlight in 2024 as one of the best options for used cars in the Brazilian market.

Amidst the economic crisis and the rising costs of new vehicles, the Etios presents itself as a reliable vehicle, with low maintenance costs and a cost-benefit ratio that is hard to beat.

With prices below R$ 40 thousand, the Toyota Etios attracts consumers looking to combine economy and quality. According to automotive sector specialists, the model is one of the top recommendations for those who want an efficient and inexpensive car to maintain.

The combination of low fuel consumption, simple maintenance, and reliability makes the Etios one of the favorites in the used car market. Is it the ideal car for you?

Why the Toyota Etios Is an Intelligent Choice?

With the rise in new car prices, the used vehicle market has been growing exponentially, and the Toyota Etios stands out among the most popular options.

Since its launch, it has positioned itself as a robust vehicle, available in hatch and sedan versions, always delivering good interior space, comfort, and durability.

According to specialists, the Etios combines surprising interior space for a compact car, comfortably accommodating even taller passengers in the back seat.

This makes it an ideal option for families needing a spacious vehicle but with compact dimensions for everyday use.

In 2024, many Brazilians are opting for used cars, and the Etios is at the top of the list. Models from 2014, equipped with a 1.5 16V engine, are the most sought after for their performance and efficiency.

According to user reports, versions without air conditioning are not the most recommended, as they may face difficulties in future resale.

The Performance of the Toyota Etios: Is It Worth It?

The Toyota Etios delivers solid performance, with up to 96.5 hp when fueled with ethanol and 92 hp with gasoline. Its maximum torque of 13.9 kgfm at 3100 rpm ensures a good response in starts and accelerations.

And when it comes to fuel economy, it does not disappoint: urban consumption reaches 12.4 km/l with gasoline and 8.5 km/l with ethanol. On the highway, efficiency improves, with 13.4 km/l (gasoline) and 8.9 km/l (ethanol).

The Toyota Etios stands out in 2024 as an affordable and economical used car costing less than R$ 40 thousand. Is it worth investing?

What to Consider Before Buying a Used Etios?

When looking for a used Toyota Etios, it is essential to pay attention to some details. According to specialists, checking the maintenance history is crucial to avoid unpleasant surprises.

In addition, it is important to inspect items such as door seals, suspension, and brake system. These simple precautions can prevent bigger problems in the future and ensure that the purchased car is in good condition.

It is also advisable to avoid models without air conditioning, as they tend to be harder to resell, besides being less comfortable in hot climate regions. Opting for newer versions, starting from 2014, is a good choice, as they offer more powerful and efficient engines.

Investing in a Toyota Etios Is a Wise Decision?

In the face of economic uncertainties, acquiring a used car like the Toyota Etios can be a strategic choice. Combining low fuel consumption with affordable maintenance, it proves to be an ideal vehicle for those looking to save without giving up reliability.

According to specialists, the Toyota Etios stands out for being an affordable, durable car with wide availability in the market. There are great chances of finding a model that fits your needs, whether you are someone looking for an economical car for daily use or a family needing space without spending too much.

Final Considerations: Is the Model the Right Choice in 2024?

If you are looking for an economical and durable car, the used Toyota Etios is a safe choice for 2024. With affordable prices, simple maintenance, and a history of reliability, it offers everything that Brazilian consumers seek in times of crisis.

Now the question remains: do you believe that car prices in Brazil are inflated beyond necessity compared to other parts of the world?
