• Completed High School with Technical Degree in Mechanics and/or Electromechanics.
• Advanced vibration analysis courses;
• Intermediate English – desirable;
• Autocad – desirable;
• Good interpersonal relationships.

Knowledge in:

• Reading and interpreting mechanical technical drawings (Machine elements, assemblies, conveyors, piping, hydraulics);
• Industrial lubrication, welding technology, metrology (calipers, micrometers, goniometers, dial indicators, tolerance tables, conversions, and readings in mm and inches);
• Machine alignment with laser equipment;
• Predictive mechanical inspections (Vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, non-destructive testing LP).

Main Activities:

• Participate in the strategic planning of maintenance and the annual stop program associated with the budget and according to operational planning;
• Fulfill, review, and prepare sensory and predictive inspection plans, service plans, and their associated mechanical procedures;
• Prepare the budget for their area of responsibility and control it;
• Participate in the failure analysis of Mechanical equipment.

Electrical Inspection Technician III

Requirements:

• Completed High School with Technical Degree in Electrical and/or Automation and/or Electromechanics;
• Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Intermediate English – desirable;
• Good interpersonal relationships.

Knowledge in:

• High and low voltage networks;
• Solid experience in technical roles in the area of Electrical inspection is desirable.

Main Activities:

• Participate in the strategic planning of maintenance, the annual stop schedule, and in accordance with operational planning;
• Verify and analyze the execution of electrical maintenance on equipment and installations both technically and qualitatively;
• Ensure direct interface and report anomalies to area supervision;
• Request and control the purchase orders for materials involved in Electrical Maintenance projects.
