The port of Açu is planning to start operations at the GNA 1 thermoelectric plant for the second quarter of 2021.
The GNA 1 thermoelectric project is currently in the commissioning process, which is part of an investment of around R$ 9 billion, which also involves an LNG regasification terminal, as well as the construction of a second thermoelectric plant, GNA 2, which should consume around BRL 4,5 billion of the total budget invested in the Port of Açu.
