Below are the requirements for the job vacancies and the activities to be developed for each role at Precon Engenharia.

Construction Coordinator

Activities: Coordinate the team for all construction sites; Interact with other areas to adjust applicable information for infrastructure projects; Contribute with your immediate superior on matters related to your area of work; Participate in meetings to discuss specifications, preparation, or implementation of engineering projects; Perform other activities compatible with the position.

Requirements: Completed higher education in related areas; At least five years in similar activities.

Welder

Activities: Perform iron cutting of the door with a grinder and welding of inserts and pillar joints; Carry out the assembly of prefabricated elements, observing procedures, tolerances, and current standards, as well as the projects related to the work; Occasionally prepare materials and execute leveling with concrete or mortar on foundation blocks and other surfaces; Monitor and guide the work of the Assistant, during the exercise of assembling prefabricated elements.

Requirements: Complete Elementary Education; 06 months in similar activities.

Concrete Mixer Operator

Activities: Operate the concrete mixer according to the concrete and mortar mix used on site; Unload the prepared concrete, manipulating the opening command at the bottom of the drum, allowing the mixture to fall, being transported by the cart, to enable its transportation and use; Ensure the maintenance of the equipment, cleaning and lubricating it to preserve it.

Requirements: Complete Elementary Education; 06 months in similar activities.

Helper

Activities: Carry out the cleaning of the worksite, yard, and work areas, according to the Supervisor’s guidance; Daily clean the materials and equipment, removing residues, pieces of concrete, and other harmful materials from the equipment and tools for their preservation; Provide the separation and delivery of tools, equipment, materials, and other consumables for the activities related to the work; Assist in assembly and finishing activities;
