It is worth noting that those approved for the nursing technician positions will be responsible for the promotion, prevention, assistance, and rehabilitation of health, washing, packaging, and sterilizing materials according to appropriate techniques. They will control venous pressure, monitor the use of artificial respirators, and provide comfort care, active and passive mobility, as well as personal hygiene for patients.
They also perform massage therapy, instillations, gastric and bladder washouts, and other treatments, using their technical knowledge to provide the greatest physical, mental, and social well-being for patients. They will also conduct sensitivity tests, applying allergic substances and monitoring reactions to aid in diagnostics, in addition to performing dressings, special immobilizations, and administering medications and emergency treatments.
The professional will also assist in helping patients adapt to the hospital environment and the therapeutic methods applied, through admission interviews, daily visits, and guidance, reducing feelings of insecurity and suffering, and encouraging collaboration in treatment.
Understand How the Municipality’s Selection Process Will Be
Those interested in the job vacancies of the municipality’s selection process must register through the official website of the Association of Municipalities of Alto Uruguai Catarinense (Amauc).
To register, a fee of R$ 53.58 must be paid. Aiming to ensure an accessible selection process, registrations for the nursing technician positions can be completed entirely online until 11:59 PM on December 3, 2024.
The selection process of the municipality for job vacancies will be conducted through an objective test, scheduled for December 22. This stage is designed to assess the theoretical knowledge and technical aptitude of the candidates.
The objective test of the municipality’s selection process will be administered from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM, at a location to be announced upon the approval of registrations. The access gate will close at 8:20 AM. The exam will consist of 20 questions on Portuguese Language, Logical Reasoning, Computer Science, General Knowledge, and Specific Knowledge.
Salaries and Work Hours for Nursing Technician Positions
The professionals hired for the nursing technician positions will have a work schedule of 40 hours per week and receive a salary of R$ 2,673.20. The validity of the municipality’s selection process will be one year, specifically for the year 2025, but it may be extended for an equal period, according to the demands of municipal administration.
This allows the municipality to maintain a bank of qualified professionals available, speeding up future hires and strengthening healthcare services for the population.
