If you are looking for an opportunity in the job market, the City of São Paulo has good news. At the beginning of March, more than 900 positions are available in the new selection process through Cate (Employment and Entrepreneurship Support Center).

Selection Process with a Variety of Positions
The selection process of the City of São Paulo includes vacancies for internships, young apprentices, permanent contracts, and temporary positions. Eighteen of the positions are exclusively for people with disabilities. The service area is highlighted, with over 100 openings in stores, markets, restaurants, and snack bars. Salaries range from R$ 1,200 to R$ 2,018, with a 6×1 schedule.

Positions in the Commerce Sector
In the commerce sector, there are over 60 vacancies in the selection process for cashiers and salespeople. Most require a high school diploma, but do not require experience. Salaries range from R$ 1,836 to R$ 2,300, also with a 6×1 schedule.
Opportunities from the City Hall in the Cleaning Sector
Another highlight is the more than 100 vacancies for cleaning assistants in various establishments in the city. Salaries range from R$ 1,454 to R$ 1,810, and most require a completed elementary education and 3 to 6 months of experience.
Special Selection Process for Women’s Month
In celebration of Women’s Month, the Cate Portal is also accepting applications for a selection process aimed at female workers. There are opportunities in the service and commerce sectors, with applications open until Thursday, March 7, at 2 PM. The selection will take place on March 8, International Women’s Day, in the central region of the city.
