New Contest of the City Hall of Ventânia Is Open for Registration. Selection Process Has Dozens of Openings in Positions from Basic to Higher Education.
With the publication of the notice, registrations are open for participation in the new contest of the City Hall of Ventânia, a city with 9,682 inhabitants in the state of Paraná. The new selection process aims to fill 40 positions in the city hall on permanent employment contracts, in roles within the permanent staff of the municipal executive, with opportunities for professionals at basic, secondary, technical, and higher education levels.

Those interested in the City Hall contest must be a native Brazilian, at least 18 years old, possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks of the role upon confirmation by a medical admission exam, be up to date with military service, if male, meet the educational qualifications and job requirements, be enjoying civil and political rights, among others.

How to Register
Registrations for the selection process of vacancies in the City Hall must be made on the website of the organizing institution Instituto Omni until 11:59 PM on December 24, 2024. The registration fee is R$ 120 for higher education positions and R$ 90 for basic, secondary, and technical positions.
Those registered in the Cadastro Único, which grants exemptions for participants with a family income of half a minimum wage per person or a total family income of up to one minimum wage, and bone marrow donors will be entitled to a fee exemption. According to the organizing company, salaries for the positions range from R$ 1,474.13 to R$ 15,795.51.

Steps and Tests
The selection process for vacancies in the City Hall will have three stages, which are:
- Objective written test of a qualifying and eliminatory nature for all;
- Practical test of a qualifying and eliminatory nature for the positions of Driver, Machine Operator, and Tractor Driver;
- Title Assessment of a qualifying nature.
The objective tests will be held on January 12, 2025, at times and locations to be announced on January 8 by the organizing institution’s website. A candidate will be considered qualified in the objective test if they obtain a score equal to or greater than 50 points.
To take advantage of the approved candidates, the city government has set the validity of the contest at 2 years after the homologation of the final result, which may be extended for an equal period, reaching a total of 4 years.
