Strong understanding of research data, GIS, collaboration gateway, data integration, and security;
Practical knowledge of ESRI APIs with experience in the ArcGIS API for JavaScript, preferably;
Experience in developing web applications and services using TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6 +), HTML5, REST API (e.g., .NET Web API) and modern web framework (e.g., Angular / React);
Knowledge of asynchronous/reactive programming;
Knowledge of OOP and design patterns;
Understand version control management using Git
