Know How To Register For The Municipality Contest
Applications for the selection process will be accepted from 9 AM on October 1 until 4 PM on October 30, 2024, exclusively online, through the website of the Brazilian Institute of Management and Research – IBGP, the organizer of the selection process. The application fees for positions in the Municipality are R$ 70 for basic education positions, R$ 80 for medium and technical levels, and R$ 100 for higher education positions.

Applicants for the Municipality contest must be Brazilian citizens, naturalized or by birth, in good standing with political rights, up-to-date with electoral obligations, in order regarding military obligations for male candidates, at least 18 years of age at the time of appointment, deemed physically and mentally fit for the position, by prior official medical inspection and the multidisciplinary team in the case of Persons with Disabilities (PwD), and possess documents proving minimum education requirements as stated in the notice.
Stages Of The Municipality Selection Process
The contest for positions in the Municipality of Conselheiro Lafaiete will consist of the following stages:
- Objective test, eliminatory and classificatory in nature, for all positions;
- Subjective test, eliminatory and classificatory in nature, for legal advisor;
- Title assessment, classificatory in nature; and
- Physical capacity test, psychological evaluation, medical evaluation, social background check, and self-identification procedure, eliminatory in nature, for traffic agent and municipal guard.
The objective and subjective tests are scheduled to be held on November 24, 2024, at locations and times to be communicated in the notice of summons, which will be published in due course. For those who pass the Municipality contest, the starting salaries range from R$ 1,412 to R$ 9,381.84.
