Those approved in the selection process will be responsible for assisting in the organization and maintenance of the classroom, including arranging materials and equipment, supporting the lead teacher during pedagogical activities, helping students as needed, and promoting the well-being and safety of students during school hours, including basic care such as hygiene and feeding when necessary.
They will also be responsible for monitoring and supervising students during transition moments, such as breaks and entry/exit from the classroom, assisting in the application of activities and exercises, following the lead teacher’s guidance. Participate in pedagogical and planning meetings when requested.
Support the pedagogical team in developing teaching materials and playful activities and ensure that discipline and safety rules are followed inside and outside the classroom.
How to Compete for the Job as an Assistant?
