Kraft Heinz International Trainee Program 2024

The Kraft Heinz offers three distinct programs for candidates interested in the selection process. They are:
IMTP (International Management Trainee Program)
The IMTP Program is aimed at professionals interested in office support and sales. Candidates who graduated between December 2021 and December 2023, regardless of their area of study, can participate. It is necessary to be available to reside in São Paulo, have intermediate English skills, and be open to working in various areas within the company.
GMT (Graduate Manufacturing Trainee Program)
The GMT Program is intended for professionals who wish to work in the factories and operations area of Kraft Heinz. People who graduated between December 2021 and December 2023 in Engineering, Sciences, and Supply Chain courses, as well as related fields, can apply. The positions will be in the cities of Nerópolis/GO or Blumenau/SC, and an intermediate level of English is required.
Intern Programs
The Intern Programs are aimed at Kraft Heinz interns who are in the non-banded, B16, or B17 categories. Candidates must have graduated between December 2021 and December 2023, regardless of their area of study. Intermediate English skills are a requirement. Participants must be available to work in the units of Blumenau/SC, Nerópolis/GO, or São Paulo/SP, and also need approval from their leader and HRBP.

Application and Selection Process

Approved candidates will start the program in January 2023.
