Pepsico Aims to Have More Black People in Leadership Positions by 2025

Pepsico Brazil recently announced that it wants to increase the number of Black people in leadership positions within the company by 2025. The initiative reinforces the company’s global commitment to racial equity. On March 21, the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination was celebrated. Pepsico’s goal is that within four years, the number of Black leaders will be 30%.
