Petrobras Publishes Notice of Technical and Higher Education Internship Vacancies and Announces a New Notice Soon to Address Specific Vacancies
The moment many have been waiting for has arrived, Petrobras has launched a notice for 15 cities in various areas, with applications open until May 9, to fill 72 opportunities, including 14 technical positions and 58 for higher education.
A sign that Petrobras wants to invest in new talent is the fact that the company is also announcing that it will publish, soon, a new notice, much broader, for other specific vacancies that are yet to be mapped.
The higher education vacancies cover the fields of administration, law, computer science or IT, production engineering, actuarial sciences, economics, chemical engineering, and statistics.
For technical students, there are 14 vacancies in the areas of occupational safety, IT, telecommunications, environment, and supply.

The Petrobras Internship Program 2019 will last for six months, but the company has already stated that it may be extended for up to two years.
Those interested in joining the largest state-owned company in Brazil must be, at a minimum, in their third semester, except for law students, who must be at least in their seventh semester.
Benefits of the Petrobras Internship Program 2019
The company highlights that an internship scholarship will be paid monthly in the amount of R$ 1,400.00 for higher education, with a daily workload of 5 hours, and for technical positions, the amount is R$ 980.00, for also 5 hours daily.
Daily free transportation will also be provided for the intern, which may be the same transport as the other company employees; if free transport is not possible, Petrobras will make a monthly payment of transportation assistance, on a reimbursement basis, up to R$ 600.00.

The first phase of the selection process will be an online test taking place between May 13 and 15, with questions on Portuguese language, logical and mathematical reasoning, and general knowledge.
