BRAM Opens Applications for the Trainee Program 2026 with Offshore Positions and Course in Artificial Intelligence. Applications Until November 30.

BRAM Launches Trainee Program 2026 with Offshore Positions and Focus on Digital Transformation

BRAM Offshore Maritime Transport, part of the Edison Chouest Offshore Group, announced the opening of the Trainee Program 2026, offering offshore and corporate positions in several regions across the country. Applications are open until November 30, with a planned start on February 23, 2026.

The program aims to attract new talents ready to drive digital transformation in the maritime sector.

To achieve this, it offers opportunities in the Frontline, Corporate, and Tech tracks, allowing a hybrid working model — part onshore and part offshore.

In this way, BRAM reinforces its commitment to training innovative professionals, highly qualified and connected to new technologies that are redefining the future of the offshore industry.

Opportunities for Those Looking to Grow in the Offshore Job Market

The BRAM Trainee Program was created for those who wish to start their careers in a dynamic, technology-driven environment focused on excellence. In addition to practical experiences and real challenges, trainees will have complete immersion in innovation, with training in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applied to the offshore industry — a unique difference in the sector.

During the program, participants have the opportunity to develop strategic projects over 12 months, always with the support of exclusive mentoring led by company leaders.

Additionally, the Frontline track offers a unique differential: a 14-day Embarkation, which allows the trainee to experience the daily operations of maritime activities.

This way, it is possible to understand, in practice, the direct impact of decisions made onshore, strengthening the integrated and strategic vision of BRAM Offshore’s activities.

Requirements and Profiles Sought by BRAM

Professionals graduated between December 2023 and December 2025 with advanced English can apply for the BRAM Trainee Program 2026. Each track requires specific profiles:

  • Frontline Trainee: undergraduate degrees in Engineering or Business Administration, with availability for travel and residence in the bases of Rio de Janeiro, Porto do Açu, Aracaju, Navegantes, or Belém.
  • Corporate Trainee: degrees in Production Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Law, International Trade, or International Relations. Experience in projects is desirable.
  • Tech Trainee: degrees in IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Engineering in Data/AI. Experience in programming will be an important differential.

These profiles were designed to align academic training with the demands of the offshore job market, which requires versatile professionals prepared to handle technology, sustainability, and complex operations.

Attractive Benefits and Promising Career Plan

BRAM offers a CLT contract, competitive salary, and benefits that prioritize well-being, such as health insurance, meal vouchers, private pension, and life insurance, ensuring security and stability.

Additionally, trainees have access to online courses, psychological support, and encouragement for physical activity, promoting balance and growth.

Thus, the BRAM Trainee Program provides structured learning and technological experience, training professionals ready to lead the digital transformation in the maritime sector.

Work Locations and Structure of Offshore Positions

The BRAM Offshore Trainee Program is organized into three strategic areas, encompassing different profiles and professional challenges.

In the Frontline track, the focus is on Operations, Maintenance, and SMS, essential areas for the functioning of vessels. In the Corporate segment, opportunities involve HR, Legal, Finance, Commercial/Contracts, and Supply Chain, connecting management and results. Finally, the Tech track focuses on Technology, Innovation, and Digital Transformation, driving modernization in the maritime sector.

Furthermore, the offshore positions are distributed among strategic bases in Rio de Janeiro, São João da Barra (Porto do Açu), Macaé, Aracaju, Belém, and Navegantes, in a hybrid work model that combines embarkations and onshore activities, ensuring a complete and dynamic experience for participants.

Selection Process for the BRAM Trainee Program 2026

The selection process consists of several stages, between November 2025 and January 2026, focusing on technical and behavioral evaluation:

  1. Applications: until November 30.
  2. Online Tests: English and logical reasoning (December 9 to 15).
  3. Video Presentation in English: December 22 to 29.
  4. In-person Case Study: January 14 and 15.
  5. Panel with Leadership and Behavioral Assessment: January 21 and 22.
  6. Admission: February 2026.

Therefore, those who wish to join an innovative trainee program with a direct impact on the offshore job market need to prepare now to secure their spot.
