The Corporate Graduate Program is aimed at candidates with both technical and non-technical educational backgrounds who have recently graduated or will graduate by the end of July 2019 with a bachelor’s degree or are pursuing a master’s or doctoral degree, with the availability to start working in August 2019. It offers an introduction to Equinor and the energy sector, focusing on accelerating your learning and development. Graduates at Equinor will experience a steep learning curve and are expected to develop a general understanding of their activities and business challenges.

Your graduate program will kick-start your transition from student to professional, with opportunities to contribute to some of the company’s most interesting tasks.
As a graduate at Equinor, you will be hired permanently from day one and enrolled in the corporate graduate program for two years. You will have challenging and meaningful tasks and an opportunity to work on your own development goals that align with Equinor’s business needs. You will participate in structured learning and networking, engage in rotating tasks, and have a mentor throughout the program.
