There Are Dozens Of Options For Online Courses With Immediate Start And Lifetime Access, Without Fee And Without Selection Process

The Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS) is offering free online courses with a completion certificate for those who want to learn at their own pace, with the quality of one of the most respected institutions in the country, according to the website Hora Brasil.
