In Video Recorded in Curitiba on September 16, 2025, a Couple Shows How Much a Mercado Livre Delivery Person Can Earn by Making Two Routes a Day, Fitting Three at the End of the Year, Using a Fiorino, Two Cellphones, MEI and an App to Optimize Earnings, Without a Direct Boss, Without a Signed Contract
In Parque Passaúna, Curitiba, the couple Mateus and Raíssa, who has been working for a year as a Mercado Livre delivery person in an aggregated system, decided to answer in detail the question they receive the most at the hub entrance and in the channel comments: how much can be earned per day making one or two routes, and what changes when the driver tackles up to three routes at the end of the year.
Throughout the video, they explain their routine with the Fiorino, using a transport MEI, two cellphones with the official app, the difference between working for a transport company and via extra shipping apps, and show a table of updated compensation for the same date. The central message is clear: it is possible to “escape” from a difficult boss and from a signed contract, but earnings depend on physical willingness, the region, and the payment model of the transport company.
How the Mercado Livre Delivery Person’s Routine Works Today

Mateus and Raíssa report that they have been working as a Mercado Livre delivery person for about a year, in an aggregated scheme, driving a Fiorino for a transport company in Curitiba.
-
A new Brazilian shopping center worth R$ 400 million will be built in an area equivalent to more than 4 football fields, featuring 90 stores, 5 cinemas, a supermarket, a college, and parking for 1,700 cars, potentially generating 3,000 jobs.
-
Larger than entire cities in Brazil: BYD is building a 4.6 km² complex in Bahia with a capacity for 600,000 vehicles per year, but the discovery of 163 workers in conditions analogous to slavery has shaken the entire project.
-
With an investment of R$ 612 million, a capacity to process 1.2 million liters of milk per day, Piracanjuba inaugurates a mega cheese factory that increases national production, reduces dependence on imports, and repositions Brazil on the global dairy map.
-
Brazilian city gains industrial hub for 85 companies that is equivalent to 55 football fields.
To join, they had to open an MEI in the transport sector, issue invoices, and organize the vehicle documentation, without requiring that the car be registered in the name of the CNPJ holder, allowing arrangements with employees and multiple drivers using the same fleet.
They highlight that it is possible to have a car in one person’s name, a CNPJ in another’s, and a third acting as a driver registered in Mercado Livre’s database, with payment going to the account of the CNPJ owner.
In some cases, owners operate two or three vehicles, paying daily rates to drivers or sharing car expenses.
The logic is business-oriented, even for those who started alone, and requires cost and scaling planning.
Two Routes a Day: Almost Total Availability and Few Days Off
In practice, the couple claims that, in a year of operation, there were only “two or three times” when they marked themselves available and did not run in the morning or afternoon.
The rule, according to them, is clear: those who want to work from Sunday to Sunday can find routes almost every day, as long as the region has demand and enough transport companies.
The scheme works like this: at the transport company, the Mercado Livre delivery person informs their availability a day in advance.
If scheduled and fails to show up, they pay a fine for “no show,” because the transport company relied on that driver for a specific route.
In the extra shipping app, the route rings on the cellphone, with the amount and estimated hours, and the driver decides whether to accept it or not.
It is more flexible, but theoretically offers less guarantee of daily volume.
Three Routes at the End of the Year: When Work Begins at 6 AM and Ends at Midnight
During the peak season, especially at the end of the year, the dynamics shift dramatically.
The couple reports that they have already managed to make up to three routes in the same day, combining two regular routes with one “ambulance,” as the support for finishing off deliveries left over from other routes is called.
According to their report, this is only feasible for those willing to leave home around 6 AM and return near midnight, on days when “the volume of packages is overwhelming.”
They emphasize that they do not romanticize the work: it is exhausting, requires constant attention, and takes a physical toll, as the driver deals with many high-value packages, heavy traffic, and the need to complete at least 90% of the route to avoid issues.
Two Cellphones and Teamwork to Speed Up Deliveries
One of the practical points that stands out is the use of two cellphones with the same login.
Mateus enters the hub with his device, charges it, and upon leaving, opens the QR Code for identification.
Raíssa points the camera of the second cellphone at the code, and all the deliveries also appear on the second device.
With this, they both work together on the same route, each with a cellphone running the Logistics Shipping app, updating different packages.
When a route has 80 stops, working in pairs can transform the task into two sequences of 40 stops, shortening the day and opening up space to accept a second route or an ambulance, depending on their stamina and timing.
MEI, ANTT, Fiorino, and Road Rules
In their account, they emphasize that the MEI needs to be registered for transportation activities for the correct issuance of invoices. The ANTT authorization and the red license plate are not mandatory to enter Mercado Livre, but the couple decided to regularize all documentation to be able to take freight on highways and prevent problems with inspections on other loads.
The Fiorino appears as a typical vehicle in this model: a small utility vehicle, with good load capacity, accepted by transport companies and e-commerce platforms like Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, and others. Some drivers use passenger cars, while others operate with larger fleets. The couple’s message is clear: documenting the vehicle and the driver increases the chances of securing more services and reduces the risk of fines and seizures.
How Much Does a Mercado Livre Delivery Person Earn Per Route?
When discussing numbers, Mateus and Raíssa show a table from the Curitiba transport company with values per type of vehicle, number of packages, and any additional fees, valid specifically for September 16, 2025.
They highlight that this table varies from company to company and that other transporters use different models, such as payment per package or a fixed daily rate.
In the video, there are examples of companies that pay between R$ 0.90 and R$ 1.50 per delivered package, without a departure fee, and cases where the driver receives a fixed amount around R$ 335, regardless of whether the route is easier or harder.
In companies that combine a base amount with an additional per package, the daily income increases as the volume of deliveries grows.
In such scenarios, two routes on the same day can nearly double the gross income, before deducting fuel, maintenance, driver daily rates, and other vehicle costs.
They stress, however, that there is no single figure for “how much a Mercado Livre delivery person earns.”
Everything varies according to the city, the transport company, the payment model (per route, per package, or mixed), the number of days the driver makes themselves available, and their willingness to double up their routes or accept ambulance support.
Mercado Livre Versus CLT: Freedom, Exhaustion, and Other Sources of Income
Even while describing the physical toll, the couple asserts that, for them, it’s worth more to work as a Mercado Livre delivery person than to return to a traditional job with a signed contract.
The main reason cited is not only the money but the combination of autonomy, the ability to choose work days, and the chance to work together in the same vehicle.
They also note that they do not rely solely on deliveries.
There are other parallel sources of income, and the service provision model allows, on some days, simply not to mark themselves as available in the system to take care of personal matters or create content.
In their view, working as aggregates offers flexibility, but requires financial and physical responsibility, as there is no guaranteed fixed salary, thirteenth salary, vacation, or protections typical of CLT.
In the end, the experience shown in Curitiba indicates that the daily earnings ceiling of a Mercado Livre delivery person depends less on a magical table and more on the sum of routes, the chosen region, the ability to organize costs, and the willingness to face long hours, especially at the end of the year, when the volume of packages skyrockets.
Given this reality, in your personal calculation, would you take on the routine of a Mercado Livre delivery person to try to earn more with two or three routes, or do you prefer the predictability of a signed contract even earning less per month?
