Partnership Between UFRN and UERN Trains Thousands of Teachers
Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) and the State University of Rio Grande do Norte (UERN) have joined forces to offer 10,000 slots in a continuation course focused on inclusive education.
This initiative aims to equip Basic Education educators to face the challenges of inclusive teaching in regular classrooms and in Specialized Educational Attendance (AEE).
According to the notice published in October 2024, the course will be delivered in a distance learning format, ensuring flexibility for participants.

What Will the Course Be Like?
A Comprehensive Training to Meet the Demands of Inclusive Education
With a workload of 120 hours and a duration of three months, the course will take place from March to May 2025.
The training will be divided into four modules, covering strategies to include students with different needs in the school environment.
The classes will occur in the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA) of the Federal University of Goiás (UFG), using the Labtime platform.
