The Partnership Between Senai and Ford Is Open for Enrollment for Free Courses in Programming, Focused on the Employability of Young People and Adults in Salvador.

If you dream of entering the technology field, this is your chance! Senai and Ford are offering 50 free spots for the Front-End Programming course, a complete training geared towards empowering professionals and connecting them to the job market.

Part of the Ford <Enter> program in Bahia, this initiative aims to train low-income individuals and open doors in a sector that is constantly growing.

With a duration of five months and 300 hours of classes, the course takes place in person in Salvador and does not require prior knowledge in programming.

Participants receive benefits such as transportation and food assistance, pedagogical support, social assistance, and preparation for job interviews. The enrollment deadline is until next Thursday, November 28.

Selection Process

The selection process for the vacancies is divided into five stages:

Enrollment: Done online on the official Ford <Enter> website;
Remote Challenge: Candidates face a practical activity to demonstrate basic skills;
In-Person Exam: Evaluation of prior knowledge in Salvador;
In-Person Interview: A conversation to get to know the candidates better;
Enrollment: For those approved in the previous stages.

The results of each stage will be published on the official Senai Bahia website. Classes are scheduled to start on January 6, 2025.

For 45 years, Spain and Morocco have been trying to connect Europe to Africa through a project of just 14 kilometers in the Strait of Gibraltar, and an active tectonic fault on the seabed continues to make the project nearly impossible.
