Selection Process and How to Participate
Applications for the IFMS EAD specialization courses are open from October 23 to November 5, 2024, and the selection process will be conducted by electronic lottery, ensuring impartiality and accessibility for all interested parties.
The lottery will be streamed live on YouTube, providing transparency to the process, and the preliminary results will be announced on November 13, 2024.

Classes are scheduled to start on November 30, 2024, and will be conducted through the Moodle platform, a widely recognized Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) in the educational field.

Strategies for Nature Conservation
This course aims to train specialists qualified to act in environmental conservation and biodiversity protection.
It covers an integrated management of nature, ideal for those who wish to work directly with the preservation of natural areas and contribute to sustainability.
- Workload: 400 hours, with an additional 60 hours allocated to the Final Paper (TCC).
- Vacancies: 30 in each hub, including Camapuã, Campo Grande, Dourados, Japorã, and Jardim.
Teaching in Professional and Technological Education
Focused on training teachers for professional and technological education, this course offers a critical and ethical approach to the practice in the field, aimed at graduates who wish to broaden their knowledge in teaching.
- Workload: 360 hours, lasting 18 months.
- Vacancies: 30 in each location, including Campo Grande, Dourados, Jardim, Japorã, and Miranda.
Education, Diversity, and Social Inclusion
For those seeking to promote social inclusion and value differences, this course prepares specialists to deal with diversity in the educational environment, encouraging the creation of more democratic relationships.
- Workload: 360 hours, plus 60 hours for the TCC, lasting 18 months.
- Vacancies: 30 available spots in hubs such as Água Clara, Bataguassu, Campo Grande, and Dourados.
How Selection Will Work and Transparency of the Process
After the applications, an electronic lottery will be held to determine the selected candidates, using a democratic method that makes the process fair and accessible to all.
The IFMS emphasizes transparency by live streaming the lottery and making the preliminary results available on November 13, 2024.
Additionally, there will be a period for appeals from November 14 to 15, should any candidate wish to contest the result.
Certification and Recognition
Participants who complete the course and pass all stages will receive a Specialist Certificate in the chosen area, recognized by the Ministry of Education.
