Job Opening for Microsoft Power Platform Developer: Requirements and Challenges
DinsmoreCompass is looking for experienced professionals to join their team as Microsoft Power Platform Developers, acting both consultatively and operationally.
The work will focus on developing new solutions and maintaining existing systems, using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Sharepoint, and SQL/Dataverse.
The company emphasizes that, in addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate must have the ability to work autonomously and manage their activities remotely, in tune with the demands of the area manager.
The professional will be responsible for receiving, estimating deadlines, and participating in technical meetings for alignment of deliveries. It will also be required that the employee logs their daily activities in management tools used by the team.
What Are the Necessary Requirements?
Mandatory:
Academic degree in IT or related areas;
Solid experience with Power Platform and databases;
Knowledge in UML (Unified Modeling Language) and documentation of relational databases;
Good logical reasoning ability and clear communication;
Intermediate technical English;
Availability to work overtime when necessary.
Desirable:
Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, and PL-400);
Experience in PMO (Project Management Office) implementation projects or Project Management (PM) methodologies;
Experience in project management using Microsoft Project Online, SharePoint, and Power BI;
Experience in maintenance shutdown projects and as an instructor for project management courses.
