This Sunday, (09/22), the Social Service of Industry (SESI) in São Bento do Sul has an open job vacancy for the position of Dental Health Assistant. The hiring is for immediate start and with a work contract under CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws), in full-time.
Requirements Required by SESI?
The job vacancy at SESI requires a complete high school education, in addition to a course in Dental Health Assistance or Dental Health Technician, both with registration in the Regional Council of Dentistry (CRO).

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role
Selected candidates for the job of Dental Health Assistant at SESI will have the mission of performing a series of essential activities in the daily routine of the dental office.
Among the main duties are scheduling appointments and preparing the service environment for dental procedures.
During the service, the assistant must support the dentist, ensuring that materials and equipment are ready and in proper condition for use.
After the procedures, the office needs to be cleaned, and the materials checked.
Additionally, it will be necessary to organize and separate patients’ clinical records, ensuring that all documentation is in order and available for the next appointment.
Other complementary activities, such as making plaster molds, may also be requested, depending on the dentist’s needs.
Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and biosafety standards will be crucial factors for performing tasks with quality.
Salary, Workload, and Benefits Offered
SESI offers a salary of R$ 1,116.92 for the position of Dental Health Assistant, with a workload of 100 hours monthly.
The expected work hours are from Monday to Friday, from 4:40 PM to 8:40 PM, totaling 20 hours weekly.

Schedule of SESI’s Selection Process
Those interested in applying for the job of Dental Health Assistant have until September 29, 2024, to submit their resumes.
It is essential that the application is confirmed via email by that date. Resumes attached directly to the application form will not be accepted, according to the guidelines of the selection process announcement.
After the application period ends, candidates will undergo a resume evaluation on September 30, 2024, at 8 AM.
The result of this stage will be announced on the same day at 12 PM.
Candidates approved in the resume evaluation will proceed to the Cultural Fit and Competencies Test stage, which will be conducted online from October 1 to 2, 2024.
The test aims to assess candidates’ behavioral competencies, considering factors such as teamwork, proactivity, planning and organization, communication, interaction, and technical knowledge.
On October 3, 2024, the Competency Interview stage will be held online via the Google Meet platform.
The interview will last 30 minutes and will be conducted by members of SESI’s recruitment team. The result of the selection process will be announced on October 4, 2024, at 5:30 PM.
Requirements and Necessary Documents
To participate in the competency-based interview for the job, candidates must present documents that prove their education and qualifications for the position.
The mandatory documents include an official photo ID, proof of education (according to the requirements of the announcement), and an active registration with the Regional Council of Dentistry (CRO).
Documentation must be submitted within the deadline set by SESI’s recruitment team.
Failure to present the documents within the correct timeframe will result in the automatic disqualification of the candidate from the selection process.
