SESI Offers Job Opening for Educational Projects Monitor, with Competitive Salary and Many Benefits!

On this Thursday, (10/17), the Social Service of Industry (SESI) in Bento Gonçalves, one of the most respected institutions in Brazil in the educational and social field, is open for applications for the job opening of Educational Projects Monitor. The opportunity aims to hire a qualified and dedicated professional capable of contributing to the educational development of young people and children through innovative programs. For those with training in the area and experience in activities aimed at the youth audience, this is a chance to work in a dynamic environment focused on fostering and promoting essential skills.

Qualifications Required by SESI

SESI seeks candidates who have completed high school in the Normal Teaching modality, high school accompanied by specific courses in areas such as Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Plastic Arts, Music, or Dance, or who are pursuing a degree in related fields, such as Pedagogy or Physical Education.

The institution values diverse training, allowing candidates with different specializations and experiences to contribute to enriching the learning environment.

Previous experience is an essential factor for the position of Educational Projects Monitor, as SESI looks for professionals who have worked on projects aimed at children or adolescents, whether in formal, informal, or even voluntary actions.

Moreover, familiarity with the use of educational technologies is an important differential, as the institution uses digital platforms as a teaching and interaction tool.

Professionals who demonstrate the ability to operate these tools stand out, as technology plays a fundamental role in the pedagogical practices applied by the institution.

Skills and Qualities Expected for This Job Opening

To stand out in this job opening, the professional must demonstrate analytical ability and interpersonal communication skills, essential for guiding, leading, and motivating groups of students in extracurricular activities.

At SESI, the monitor will be responsible for developing activities that promote cognitive and non-cognitive skills, such as teamwork, resilience, creativity, and leadership.

In this context, planning and organizational skills are crucial, as they allow the professional to conduct activities efficiently and in line with SESI’s pedagogical objectives.

Working as an educator also requires that the candidate be proactive and have ease in working as part of a team.

The position involves active participation in project development processes, and the monitor must identify problems and suggest improvements whenever necessary, promoting an inclusive and productive learning environment.

Responsibilities of the Educational Projects Monitor at SESI

The monitor will act in assisting and guiding students, parents, and other interested parties, serving as a bridge between SESI and the educational community.

The monitor will be responsible for drafting documents, reports, and correspondence related to educational activities, with the aim of ensuring clear and organized communication both within and outside the institution.

Additionally, it will be the monitor’s duty to develop and follow up on extracurricular activities that stimulate the holistic development of students, both cognitively and socio-emotionally.

Other responsibilities include planning and implementing educational and training programs, always aligned with SESI’s guidelines.

These programs aim to expand students’ repertoire in non-formal education areas, offering them complementary training that goes beyond traditional subjects.

The monitor will also be responsible for monitoring students’ performance, evaluating progress, and proposing adaptations in programs when necessary to meet individual needs.

In parallel, the professional should actively participate in the development and updating of educational area projects.

Collaboration with other team members is a requirement, as SESI encourages integrated and multidisciplinary work.

The monitor is expected to contribute with ideas and solutions that enhance pedagogical processes, maintaining a high-quality educational environment.

Organizing support materials, as well as maintaining the necessary stock for activities, are also part of the daily responsibilities.

Working Conditions and Benefits Offered for This Job Opening

SESI offers a monthly salary of R$ 3,425.47 for the position of Educational Projects Monitor, in addition to a variety of competitive benefits that enhance the well-being of the employee and their family.

In terms of health, SESI offers medical assistance through Unimed, dental assistance with payment only when services are used, and 24-hour access to telemedicine services for psychological, nutritional, and medical care.

The employees also have group life insurance at no additional cost.

To facilitate commuting, the institution offers its own parking, transportation vouchers, and, in case of work travel, reimbursement for transportation expenses.

Regarding meals, SESI provides a food voucher worth R$ 880.00 or, alternatively, a meal voucher of R$ 40.00 per working day, with the option to use the company’s restaurant, depending on availability at the Bento Gonçalves unit.

Another differential is the financial and family support benefits.

The institution offers private pension, childcare assistance of R$ 350.00 for children up to five years old, in addition to emotional, social, and financial support programs for employees and their dependents.

There are also incentives for the continuation of employees’ academic training through financial subsidies for language courses, undergraduate, and postgraduate studies.

Selection Process

The selection process is rigorous and includes several stages, including curriculum analysis, objective test, interview with the Human Resources department, psychological evaluation, and interview with the area manager.

The objective test covers content in Portuguese, financial mathematics, and logic, aiming to assess the technical knowledge level of the candidates.

After this phase, candidates will undergo a medical examination and, if approved, must present the necessary documentation for admission.
