Multinational PepsiCo Opens New Selection Process with Job Openings for Professionals with Previous Experience!

This Wednesday, (25/12), multinational PepsiCo has job openings available for professionals with higher education. Present in over 200 countries, PepsiCo is one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, owning renowned brands such as Pepsi, Gatorade, Quaker, Lay’s, Doritos, Ruffles, Cheetos, Kero Coco, H2OH! and Toddy. What Job Openings are Available at PepsiCo?

Junior Sales Planning Analyst

Requirements Set by PepsiCo: The position requires a professional with a complete degree and intermediate skill in Excel.

The candidate must have a deep understanding of GEDA indicators and reports, as well as experience in database management and technical skills with devices and systems.

It is also important to have effective communication, at an intermediate level, and leadership skills in service, analysis, and a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities: The PepsiCo professional will be responsible for analyzing sales KPIs and SCs, in addition to managing work orders.

He or she will also provide support for technological tools and additional portals, such as CCP, monitoring local processes and managing customers and routes.

The position involves managing technical devices, GTM initiatives, and ticket tracking. Furthermore, the candidate will conduct training and ensure APK rollouts, focusing on improving performance and customer experience.

Job Location: São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo.

Sales Manager

Requirements Set by PepsiCo: A completed higher education degree, with a postgraduate degree preferred.

The candidate must have a definitive CNH B and significant experience in client management, especially in Cash & Carry and wholesale channels.

Strong negotiation experience and skills are essential, along with experience in internal processes related to billing analysis and client portfolios.

Responsibilities: Recovering and maintaining the market share in the clients’ region, as well as developing the Cash & Carry channel, optimizing resources at PepsiCo.

The candidate should implement a Sell Out agenda and profitability per account, ensuring compliance with existing contracts and negotiating new ones.

The manager will have a field presence, monitoring negotiated actions and team execution, as well as managing the commercial policy between clients and leading the agenda among the regions that serve their base.

Job Location: São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo.

Sales Planning Coordinator

Requirements Set by PepsiCo: A completed degree and deep knowledge of GEDA indicators and reports, as well as experience in database management and technical skills with devices and systems.

Effective communication, with leadership potential and people development skills, is also necessary. The position requires a high analytical capacity and a CNH B.

Responsibilities: The PepsiCo professional will be the main source for maintaining sales data and processes for local teams, coordinating, supporting, and monitoring regional GTM initiatives and projects at the Distribution Center (DC).

The responsibility also includes guiding the sales team, developing ScoreCards that help identify service and execution opportunities based on KPI performance and analyses.

The coordinator will manage customer service requests, as well as lead the GEDA Field Analysts team and the people agenda, including hiring and learning processes.
