The SESI is accepting applications for the selection process aimed at filling the position of Area Analyst I (People Management). This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking stability and professional growth, with salaries of R$ 5,282.44 and a workload of 220 hours per month.

Requirements and Desired Profile

To apply, it is necessary to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, issued by an institution of higher education accredited by the MEC. Furthermore, proven experience of at least six months as a HR Analyst or Organizational Psychologist is required. Responsibilities include acting as a business partner in client areas, connecting the Human Resources department with the entire company, and facilitating HR processes and policies.
