Building Maintenance Technician in Joinville/SC
The position is intended for professionals with a completed technical course in Building Construction, Civil Maintenance, or Mechanical Maintenance, as well as at least 6 months of experience in building maintenance. Among the activities are preventive and corrective maintenance of building installations, covering areas such as plumbing, mechanics, masonry, carpentry, and painting.
