Inclusive Sports and Physical Activities: Training for the Future of Physical Education
The Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF) is open for enrollment for the specialization course in Inclusive Sports and Physical Activities for People with Disabilities.
According to information released by the Center for Distance Education (CEAD) of UFJF, the Notice No. 25/2024 offers 165 vacancies distributed across various EAD locations, providing students with a robust education focused on inclusion.
The course lasts 18 months and has a workload of 360 hours, combining virtual classes with in-person meetings at locations spread across the country.
During these in-person meetings, practical activities, seminars, and assessments will be conducted. The participating locations include the cities of Andrelândia, Bicas, Boa Esperança, Cataguases, and Lagoa Santa, each offering 33 vacancies.
To enroll, one must have a degree in Physical Education or related areas recognized by the MEC, in addition to meeting technical requirements such as access to quality internet and basic computer skills.
Enrollment is open from December 20, 2024, to January 22, 2025, and must be completed on the official website.
The selection process will be based on the analysis of the required documentation and the evaluation of a letter of intent, with a score ranging from 0 to 100 points.
Candidates must highlight their résumé, the relevance of distance education in Brazil, and the impact the specialization will have on their careers. The final result will be announced on February 3, 2025, on the CEAD website.
Philosophy: Reflection and Inclusion in a Flexible Course
