Registrations are open for free English courses, with spots available for undergraduate and graduate students as well as staff from higher education institutions. The deadline to register is November 23, and classes begin on the 25th.
The opportunities are promoted by the Language Center for Academic Purposes (CLA) and include both in-person and online options.

What Courses Are Offered?

- Interactions in Academic Context – Beginner Level – Online
- Interactions in Academic Context – Intermediate Level – Online
Classes will be held between November 25 and December 21, with varied schedules allowing participants to fit studies into their routines.
How Does the Selection Process Work?
To participate, it is necessary to meet the prerequisites and register within the deadline. Here’s how it works:
- UFRGS Students: They must present a valid enrollment certificate and the university card number.
- Staff and students from other institutions: They need to prove active ties with their respective universities.
