If you are passionate about football and want to specialize and work more technically and professionally in the field, this opportunity is for you! The Ministry of Sports, in partnership with the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Ceará (IFCE), is accepting registrations for the Academia e Futebol program, which offers 10 free online courses, all with certification and teaching materials.

The trainings cover various areas of football, such as sports law, club management, marketing, and even women’s leadership in sports.

You can enroll in up to three courses simultaneously and benefit from content written by renowned specialists in Brazil. The classes have a workload of 40 hours and are designed to cater to both professionals in the field and students and sports enthusiasts.

What You Need to Know About the Courses

The courses of the Academia e Futebol program are an initiative of the National Secretariat of Football and Defense of Fans’ Rights (SNFDT), of the Ministry of Sports, which aims to promote qualification and dissemination of knowledge about football and its derivatives, such as futsal and beach football.

With updated and entirely online content, the training allows anyone in Brazil to participate, as long as they have internet access. In addition to being free, the courses offer an exclusive e-book with all the teaching material, and at the end, students receive certification valid throughout the national territory.

According to the national secretary of Football, Athirson Mazolli, “these courses have already reached over 10,000 people across Brazil, demonstrating the positive impact of this public policy on training professionals and expanding opportunities in the sports market.”
