Recently, the demand for workers in the country has increased significantly, granting the largest number of visas in history to Brazilians, with a total of 17,952 issuances. - A professional (which means your job requires at least a bachelor’s degree in the US or a foreign equivalent and you are a member of the profession), or
- A unskilled worker (which means you will perform unskilled labor that requires less than 2 years of training or experience);
Next, you must select whether you are inside or outside the United States and follow the established procedures. If you are still outside the country, you will need to apply for an immigrant petition before submitting the form.
