Job Details for Junior IT Infrastructure Analyst

SESI is looking for a Junior IT Infrastructure Analyst, who will work in technology infrastructure support throughout the FIESC System. If you have experience in infrastructure support and configuration of Linux servers or LAN and WAN networks, this position could be perfect for you.

Job Responsibilities:

Connectivity: Management of WAN, LAN, and WLAN services.

Servers: Administration of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.

Virtualization: Maintenance and configuration of virtualized environments.

Telephony: Support for analog and VOIP telephony.

Data Center: Support in the FIESC data center.

Minimum Requirements

To apply, you must have at least 6 months of experience in the field, as well as a completed technical course or ongoing higher education in information technology. It is important to reside in the Greater Florianópolis area, as even in a home office, there may be a need to travel for occasional and emergency assistance.

Structured Selection Process

The SESI selection process is well-structured and consists of several stages:

Theoretical Assessment and Requirements Analysis

Date and Time: 06/08/2024 at 10:00 AM.

Location: Online.

Content: Requirements gathering, ITIL framework, WAN, WIFI and LAN networks, configuration of Linux and Windows Server.

Document Analysis

Date: 08/08/2024 at 5:00 PM until 09/08/2024 at 5:00 PM.

Required Documents: Official photo ID (valid RG or driver’s license) and proof of education.

Individual Practical Evaluation

Dates: 14/08/2024, 15/08/2024 and 16/08/2024.

Location: Online.

Duration: 1 hour and 40 minutes.

Content: Diagnosing problems in network services and configuring services on Linux servers and network devices.

Group Stage

Date: 20/08/2024.

Location: Online.

Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Activity: Test-situation related to the daily duties of the position, with group interaction.

Final Result

Disclosure: 21/08/2024 at 5:40 PM.
