Details About the Position
According to information published by Atento, the opportunity is for the role of “Support Service III”, with fully remote work.
The professional will be responsible for tasks related to the analysis and management of indicators, operational support, and process automation.
The position also includes updating databases to feed MIS (Management Information System) dashboards and generating detailed reports.
The starting salary is R$ 2,821.15 during the first three months of experience, increasing to R$ 3,319.00 after this period. The workload is 200 hours per month, from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Pressão psicológica, ameaça de justa causa, opressão para todos os lados, tudo isso se caso não batesse a meta ( q nunca este no anúncio da vaga e nem no treinamento ), Sair com uma mão na frente e outra atrás, pois a Supervisão se achou no direito de colocar relatórios do RH suspensões, e faltas q nunca existiu, tive q acionar a justiça para ter o que era meu de direito. A empresa Atento deveria, fazer uma auto análise de quem eles colocam a frente para gestacional pessoas, pois colocam qualquer um onde nem mesmo se quer sabe de gestão de pessoas e trata muitos ( que não são puxa saco de superiores ) como se fosse nada. A Empresa paga bem, paga certo, mais deveria escolher melhor os profissionais que colocam para gestacional e supervisionar PESSOAS SERES HUMANOS .

Trabalho nessa empresa e posso confirmar. O salário não é compatível com o mercado. As instalações são boas, mas os equipamentos de uso pessoal são sucateados, principalmente os assentos.
Como a vaga é para home office, pode ser melhor em questão de conforto, mas a qualquer momento a empresa pode querer o funcionário presencialmente, muito rapidamente até.
Não há plano de carreira, ou seja, você ficará no mesmo lugar estagnado, sem aumento de salário exceto o salário mínimo ou aumento obrigatório pelo governo.
Há diversas limitações para o processo interno de “escalada” onde o funcionário tem todos os requisitos para vaga, mas, de alguma forma, a empresa sabota a tentativa de escalar níveis hierárquicos de quem não faz o tal “network” e com isso mostra a total falta de gestão corporativa.
Não há priorização sobre mérito, mas sim por proximidade dos que tem poder de promover funcionários, o que acontece em muitas empresas, é claro.
O vale alimentação/refeição é uma piada de mau gosto, não há PL e, quando existe algum tipo de “premiação” é muito defasada a ponto de ser pífia e não condiz com o comprometimento individual, o que é notoriamente, injusto.
Sobre as metas que uma pessoa citou, não considero um problema, até pelo fato de você trabalhar com metas em todos os lugares e, ninguém entra em um trabalho que tem metas achando que ficará tudo bem se não as entregar, isso é um fator que dispensa até colocações.
Expus minha experiência dentro da empresa para quem for se aventurar na vaga, mas saiba que há inúmeras empresas no Brasil que pagam muito além desse salário e, para um analista de dados, não recomendo trabalhar nessa empresa, vai deixar de ganhar dinheiro.
Agora, se for para ficar um pouco estressado e calejar o conhecimento, venha sim, pois, depois de trabalhar na Atento, qualquer empresa que a pessoa for será um paraíso.
