Selection Process: Well-Defined and Accessible Stages
The selection process for the Educational Analyst position at Senac/SC is structured in three stages designed to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates. The first stage is the curriculum evaluation, which is eliminatory and classificatory. At this stage, resumes will be analyzed to verify if they meet the job profile, scoring criteria such as education, experience, and qualifications. If more than 20 candidates meet the requirements, only those with the highest scores will proceed to the next stage. Candidates with disabilities will also have a separate ranking list.
The second stage consists of general and specific knowledge tests, scheduled for January 31, 2025. These assessments will be eliminatory and classificatory, with a minimum score of 5.0 for approval. In the third and final stage, the top five candidates most well-ranked will undergo a personal interview. This interview will be crucial to determine the candidate’s suitability for the required competencies for the position.
