Requirements and Qualifications
To apply for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in areas such as Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, and Behavioral Assessment
Desirable Differentials:
- Experience in Training & Development and Organizational Culture
- National Driver’s License (CNH) – Category B
- Willingness to travel
