With a duration of 18 months and a workload of 360 hours, the training will be conducted in theoretical and practical modules. Students will participate in forums, seminars, and online activities, in addition to developing research projects relevant to the field of public management. What Are the Hubs and Distribution of Spots?
The 150 spots for the free online course (EAD) are divided among the following hubs:
- João Pessoa: 40 spots
- Campina Grande: 35 spots
- Conde: 25 spots
- Duas Estradas: 25 spots
- Cuité de Mamanguape: 25 spots
Half of the spots are reserved for statutory public servants in active service. The remainder is allocated to other professionals and candidates from affirmative actions, such as blacks, indigenous people, quilombolas, persons with disabilities, and traditional communities.
How Does the Selection Process Work?
Secure a certificate from MEC! The selection process for the free online course (EAD) will take place in two stages: curricular analysis and evaluation of the research project. The selection will consider criteria such as academic background, professional experience, and the quality of the submitted project.
Candidates enrolled in affirmative actions must provide supporting documents, such as an ethnic-racial self-declaration or medical report. Final scores will be calculated based on the curricular analysis (50%) and the research project (50%).
Who Can Enroll in the Course and Secure a Certificate from MEC?
The specialization is aimed at professionals with a degree recognized by MEC. Access to the internet, basic computer skills, and availability to carry out the proposed activities are required.
