Logistics company from Goiás, Transzilli Group acquired a customs logistics and industrial center in Espírito Santo. With projected investments of R$ 65 million over the next two years, there is an expectation of creating 100 new direct jobs. Osvaldo Zilli, the CEO of the Group, says that the initial investments will be directed towards improving the infrastructure.

Transzilli Group, which operates in logistics and storage of frozen, dry, refrigerated cargo, and pharmaceuticals, acquired a logistics center from Terca Armazéns Gerais in Cariacica, Espírito Santo. With the new venture, the regional economy will develop with the creation of new job positions.
Osvaldo Zilli states that the logistics company expects that, with the new investments to be made in Espírito Santo, new factories and companies may set up operations in the region. He emphasizes that Transzilli Group has clients who have already shown interest in the state of Espírito Santo’s tax incentives. The CEO of the logistics group reported that they will play a significant role in attracting companies, generating new jobs, and boosting the local economy.

Decision of the Logistics Operations Group to Invest in Espírito Santo
Zilli states that the logistics company decided to invest in Espírito Santo considering the importance of logistics in the state. Also taken into account were the investments that the Federal Government can make in the railway and maritime modal sectors.
He also recalls that Brazilian logistics was 80% composed of road transport, and that this has been changing due to the privatizations that the Federal Government has been implementing. The BR do Mar project was also considered, and Zilli states that this was a significant opportunity to invest in Espírito Santo and generate new jobs.

Logistics Company Will Invest R$ 50 Million in Pará
The logistics company, Fribon Transportes, will invest in the state of Pará, focusing on the transport and storage of agricultural fertilizers. The investment will be around R$ 50 million and this will be the company’s first venture in this sector. The area is managed by the Economic Development Company – Codec and is located in the city of Barcarena.
With the investments, about 100 direct and indirect jobs may be created with the company’s new venture. The area that will be established for the company’s operations measures approximately 160,000 square meters.
